Bespoke personalised fitness regimes
I am a nationally accredited personal trainer, Pilates instructor and Level 3 assessor, with both a degree and Masters degree in science. I run most of my training (both 1:1 and group sessions) at the Horsted Health Club at the East Sussex National in Uckfield. My unique combination of anatomy knowledge, teaching qualifications and personal training mean that I can offer bespoke fitness regimes for everyone, including:
• Nutritional advice/weight loss.
• Injury recovery, including hip, back and knee operations.
• Underlying health issues (Exercise referral)
In addition to this, I have trained clients and improved their fitness and performance for:
• Weight lifting/body building
• Boxing/martial arts

This is why we offer a free, 45 minute assessment with no strings attached. During this session, we will ensure we know exactly what you want and will take the time to put together a programme just for you.
