Gro-fit Personal Training and Rehabilitation Centre

Ringmer based personal trainer

Bespoke personalised fitness regimes

I am Bryn Groves, a nationally accredited East Sussex based personal trainer, Pilates instructor and Level 3 assessor, with both a degree and Masters degree in science. I run most of my 1:1 personal training and group training sessions at our studio in Ringmer, East Sussex. Being a personal trainer, my unique combination of anatomy knowledge, teaching qualifications and personal training mean that I can offer bespoke personalised fitness regimes and return to fit for everyone in East Sussex, including:

• Nutritional advice/weight loss.
• Injury recovery, including hip, back and knee operations.
• Underlying health issues (Exercise referral)

In addition to this, I have trained clients and improved their fitness and performance for:

•  Cycling
•  Weight lifting/body building
•  Canoeing/sailing
•  Boxing/martial arts
•  Triathlons
…and many more.

Gro-fit is a family-run business, and I couldn’t give the support that I afford my clients without the help of my wife (Jacqui) doing admin work and supporting clients by regressing exercises at some of my more challenging classes. In addition, my son (Kieran) is responsible for the company’s graphic designs, logos and posters. Between us, we believe in supporting each client’s health and wellbeing as our top priority, by listening to what they have to say, and through attention to detail. This is why we offer a free, 45 minute initial. assessment with no strings attached. During this session, we will ensure we know exactly what you want and will take the time to put together a personalised programme tailored just for you. No two people are the same, so not two fitness programmes should be the same either.

Together, we can:

personal training, 1-2-1 individual and small group fitness classes

A Gro-Fit gift voucher can make a wonderful present!
