Back and Joint Pain 

Many people experience pain in their backs and particularly knees, and this can occur for many different reasons. Before embarking on any fitness sessions with Gro-Fit, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire to eliminate any specific medical reasons for this. However, many people experience back pain, knee pain and joint pain as a result of poor posture and/or muscle imbalance. In addition to this, these pains can also be compounded by bad habits during exercise routines. 

Here at Gro-Fit, your safety is priority, and support with such ailments will be supported by applying a holistic approach to your personal fitness regime.  



Having worked within biological science for the last 30 years, I have an extensive understanding of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. Combined with a GP Referral and Fitness qualification, I am the perfect person to support you in addressing some of the many difficulties that these conditions present. 


Weight loss and Cardiovascular Fitness

Many people experience weight gain for a variety of reasons, and here at Gro-Fit, we understand that these reasons can be both complex and multifaceted. However, we are a caring and experienced company and are always here to help.
